P.P. Impex India, is manufacturer exporter of customized Brackets and General Hardware Products. That is we will make the Brackets and General Hardware Products as per your specifications, as per your design, which is saleable in your market.

We have facility to develop the Brackets and General Hardware Products right from the inception process to full scale manufacturing of Brackets and General Hardware Products as shown below:

• Tool Development for Brackets and General Hardware Products The Customer and PP Impex India signs a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with each other. The drawings are shared by the Customer with us. The preliminary feasibility of the manufacturing of this new product is assessed by P P Impex India. Once agreed upon the tooling cost and other commercial the project goes to the next stage.
  P P Impex India uses Dassault Systems’ Solidworks™ 3D experience software for designing work.
  Customers are encouraged share their new product design in SLDPRT format.
• First- cut sampling of Brackets and General Hardware Products After the tooling work is completed, the sampling work starts on the Brackets and General Hardware Products. Several Samplings are done till the fine tuning of the product is achieved. At this stage P P Impex India may suggest a few changes (if required, from to ease the manufacturing process) to the customer. If the customer agrees then these changes are in-comported.
• Pilot stage manufacturing of Brackets and General Hardware Products After the above stages, we can go for a pilot stage manufacturing (say 1000-2000 pcs) of the new product. This allows the customer and PP impex India to have an actual experience with the product.
  This also allows the customer to test the new product in their markets.
  This is recommended for new products as it will save costly mistakes (If any) which may be discovered when the product is actually placed in front of consumers.
• Design improvements after customer feedback P P Impex India knows that any product may not be completely perfect without any modifications. After the Pilot marketing the Customer may feel that a few minor changes are to be done in the product. If these changes require minor changes in dies or tool then it can be done free of cost.
• Full Scale manufacturing of Brackets and General Hardware Products Once we are at this stage, there is a certain confidence with the customer to place a full scale order for the new Brackets and General Hardware Products.
  Typically we will go for manufacturing of 10000s of this new product at this stage.

Brackets:

Brackets are everywhere, some are visible while others are away from our eyes, quietly doing their jobs. Brackets are used to connect two parts or to support a part which is load bearing.

The brackets are used widely in automobile, furniture, architectural applications, Infrastructure projects etc.

These brackets and hardware products are made as per our customers design and specifications:

General Hardware Products made from Sheet Metal:

The list of products that can be made from sheet metal is endless. Our imagination is the only limitation. The sheet metal parts that we make for some our customers are listed below.

Motor Cover:

• Size: Diameter 3” to 12”
• Depth: 50mm to 200mm
• Thickness of cover: 0.70mm to 1.50mm
• Material : Mild Steel with powder coating

Pallet Feet:

Pallet Feet is also known as Stillage Feet. The pallet feet makes the pallets stackable, one above the other.

It also provides space between the pallets (steel stillages) and the ground. It also gives strength and additional protection to the pallets due to repeated movements.
